Brush park

Located on the corner of Winder and Brush, is the 53 affordable units known as Brush Park Apartments. This four-story building includes three studios and 50 one-bedroom units. Of the 50 units, 30 of those are specifically set to be deeply affordable. With a central locale, residents are encouraged to experience the many offerings of a contemporary downtown lifestyle; sports arenas, entertainment, shopping, and dining are just minutes away. Each unit includes washer and dryers, dishwashers, central air-conditioning and so much more. The community is expected to open early 2024.
